Refund/return policy
Acceptance of returns
If you are delivered an item different from what you ordered, please contact us over the phone or email so that we can arrange for a replacement worth the ordered item. The item wrongly delivered must be returned to us in unopened, unused condition.
If the item is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact us over the phone or email so that we can arrange for a replacement with the like item. The damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
However, if there is a mistake from our end, we accept returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us via phone or email with an unpacking video, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced.
For returns & refunds, please provide us with the proof of posting showing the delivery charges when returning goods, otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund of delivery charges.
1. No returns unless any damage!!
2. We will replace the same product if any damage occurs during shipping!
3. Returns must be unpacking videos along with the original packaging.
4. You have to return to us since we don’t have a pickup service
5. Any kind of damage must be informed us within 24 hours

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
